[Clinical Picture] Diplopia, proptosis, and the pancreas

A 78-year-old woman presented to the ophthalmology outpatient department of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (Chandigarh, India) with double vision and proptosis of the left eye for 1 month in 2019 (figure, A). She had no history of headache or any other systemic symptoms. Her medical history revealed neck swelling in 2008, which on evaluation was found to be colloid goitre and for which she underwent hemithyroidectomy. She was not on any medications. General physical and neck examinations were normal.
